Intermittent fasting is said to improve metabolic health,contribute greatly to weight loss and most likely increase your life span.
There are various ways of performing intermittent fasting,but each method works depending on the individual.
WAYS IN WHICH ONE CAN DO INTERMITTENT FASTING
1.Fast during the day and eat heavily during the night
During the day one may eat light vegetables and fruits and at night have one heavy huge meal.
2.Skip meals when convenient
Normally skip 1 to 2 meals a day especially when you don’t feel hungry or when you don’t have much time to eat.
3.Alternate day ,Fasting Fast every other day
Alternate day fasting actually means not to eat anything anything at all on specific days or eat something with small calories content.
4.Dont eat for 24 hours maybe once a week.
5. Fast for at-least 16 Hours each day.
This is an intermittent fasting method that involves restricting yourself to at-least 1 or 2 meals a day.
